Company in residence
Skadada was company in
residence at the WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in Perth for an
18 month period in 1998-9. The residency involved teaching
improvisation workshops, post-graduate mentorship in the development of
student's own work, and the creation of a new work for the graduating 3rd year students. Electronic Big
Top, a Major Festival commissioned work from Skadada for the 1999
Festival of Sydney and Perth, was developed on campus at WAAPA with
student observation at all stages of the work.

Skadada has run successful workshops with young people throughout WA
including Mangkaja Youth Arts in Fitzroy Crossing, Esperance Youth Arts
in Esperance and Southern Edge Arts in Albany.

Corrugated Youth Arts in Darwin which included workshops for young
Indigenous people from Groote Island. Skadada was company in residence
at the Brisbane Powerhouse in 2003 working with young emerging artists
and returned by special invitation in March 2005 to run a development
period with the same group of artists.
Overseas
In Asia, Skadada
has run several residencies and workshops including workshops for young
