Skadada is Western Australia’s premier aerial company.

Skadada’s performances combine world class virtuoso aerial work, with stunning visuals and diverse sound scores. The company has represented Australia for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Cultural Initiatives in both India and China, and has toured extensively nationally and internationally to public and critical acclaim.

Skadada opened the 4th China Shanghai International Arts Festival and was the first international company to be invited to perform at Shanghai Circus World. In January 2007, Skadada premiered their new stage show Aureo in association with His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth. It sold out before opening and also received public and critical acclaim.

Skadada performs regularly in festivals and gala events locally, nationally and internationally.

In 2004 Skadada set up its own elite training program SYRC (Skadada youth runway circus) to train young world class aerial performers in Western Australia. SYRC trainees are aged 10 – 22. There are currently 48 trainees.

SYRC has an extensive program of school performances and perform regularly at events for young people and Gala events. In 2007 SYRC’s young performers are performing throughout regional Western Australia in a wide-ranging tour reaching from Carnavon to Esperance.

SYRC is now also receiving invitations to tour nationally and internationally.
